First Steps Fitness is an exercise center located in Bloomfield Twp, Michigan / USA, specializing in intensive training using TheraSuit Method to improve life quality of people with Cerebral Palsy or any other neurological disorders.
FSF facility was created in partnership with the developers of TheraSuit Method, Richard and Izabela Koscielny.
After Bella and Rich closed the Pediatric Fitness Center, in 2014 Chris Collins established FSF.
Chris has more than 15 years of experience in TheraSuit Method, and his wife, Ana Frazao became an international instructor of TheraSuit Method in 2015 and since then has been teaching the method around the world.
The center offers an intensive program built for each specific need of our lovely patients. Every program is followed with a home exercise program developed according to their needs and possibilities. All the therapists that work with our patients are welcome to come and watch the sessions.
FSF has a partnership with local hotels offering discounted rates for our clients.
Therasuit LLC / Pediatric Fitness Center created a partnership with new clinic: First Steps Fitness LLC
On September 30, 2014, Pediatric Fitness Center closed its location in Keego Harbor, Michigan. In order to provide the best therapy for our patients, Richard and Izabela will cooperate with a new established treatment center. The Center is independently owned and managed by an experienced PFC therapist and will offer the same quality TheraSuit Method and intensive therapy program as Pediatric Fitness Center. Richard and Izabela will cooperate with this clinic in on-site patient evaluations, consultations, training, treatment and equipment.
